Job Summary:

Prepare food and supervise our kitchen team to ensure it operates smoothly and prepared food meets our quality standards.準備餐點並指導料理團隊以確保整體團隊的運作及食物品質符合標準與規定

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food for customers to ensure ample quantity and quality of food. 準備餐點以確實達到食物該有之品質與數量
  • Process catering orders to ensure the customers are served according to their order. 按照訂單中處理並製作餐點以符合顧客之需求
  • Supervise kitchen food team employees and schedule kitchen labor to ensure smooth operation of the school kitchen. 指導料理團隊之運作流程以確保廚房內場之運作順暢 
  • Monitor kitchen to ensure HACCP protocol is being followed. 檢視廚房內場流程以確保食品安全管制規範之遵行 
  • Monitor production quantity to minimize food waste. 檢視食材製作之數量以減少食材之浪費
  • Help wherever needed 支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作

Qualifications:      

  • Five years Chinese chef experience in high volume Chinese restaurant preferred 五年中餐廚師之經驗 
  • Basic level of English (for recipes and catering orders). Mandarin Chinese fluency 具備流利中文程度及基本英文能力以閱讀相關食譜及訂單
  • Kitchen management and time management skills 廚房管理及時間管理能力
  • Knowledge on various Asian cuisines; Knowledge of fire safety and sanitation 具備亞洲料理、防火及衛生安全等相關知識
  • Chef’s license and Class C Technician Certificate for Chinese Cuisine Cookery 具廚師證照以及丙級中餐烹調技術士證照 

10-month position every school year

Working Hours: 07: 00AM to 15:30PM
