The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in change management, faculty development, and fostering an adaptive, high-performance learning environment. This leader must also be deeply committed to the responsible integration of emerging technologies, and promoting critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that students are future-ready and equipped to contribute meaningfully to the world.
