Fixed-Term Contractor – Overseas Purchasing Support (Substitute)
TAS is looking for a fixed term contractor to support the overseas purchasing orders and processes on the daily basis over the weekday following our school contract calendar.
Job Descriptions
- Organize and summarize large quantities of data into a Masterfile and generate analytics data as needed
- Ensure high accuracy of the Masterfile at all time
- Coordinate with overseas and local vendors to obtain quotes, process invoices, and manage payments and shipping
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounting teams to complete the orders and payments
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- Proficient in Excel, with familiarity of formulas such as INDEX+MATCH, VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS and PIVOT TABLES
- Good command of English, both writing and reading
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of time management
Time Period: 2026.01.26-2026.06.26
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00-16:30 with 0.5 hour lunch break
