Job Summary: 

Maintain and repair school facility and equipment, perform preventive maintenance and recommend system improvement to ensure all facility and equipment are in good condition so that the students, faculty and staff are in a safe working environment, and vendor support as needed. 工作範圍包括維修校區設施與裝備, 採取預防性保養維修, 及建議系統改善以促進校區設施與裝備時時處於最佳狀態以確保校區整體環境之安全. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair school facility/equipment on a regular basis or in emergency situations to ensure all the facility and equipment are in the best condition so that the students, faculty and staff are in a safe working environment.校區設施與裝備之平日維修以及支援緊急事件以確保校區整體環境之安全
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance and recommend system improvements to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facility.採取預防性保養維修並針對系統的改善提供建議以確保校區設施與裝備之正常運作 
• Prepare timesheet to ensure work orders are carried out timely and accurate manner.填寫時間表或工作單以確保工作能及時並確實落行 
• Assist supervisor to monitor renovation and construction projects to ensure instructional, facility and safety requirements are met.協助主管監督整修及工程計劃以確保結構性的安全條件都符合規定 
• Support faculty and support staff when assigned by the supervisor with special requests in order to enhance student learning.在主管指派下，協助教職員工處理特別需求，以促進學生學習
• Remain on-call after hours to address any emergency issues. 下班後需處待命狀態以應緊急需求

Required Education/Experience:       

• College degree or vocational training school certificate/program would be a plus 具備專科或職業學校學歷及證照者佳
• Maintenance Technicians with a minimum of two years’ experience in relevant fields (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, air conditioning install, pipe fitting, welders), and has either Class C or Class B technician for interior wiring work certification 至少二年相關冷凍空調、機電配線及水管修繕維修等工作經驗，必須具備乙級或丙級室內配線證照 
• Level B or Level C Technician for Interior Wiring Work certification Class B or C air conditioning licenses preferred 具備乙級或冷凍空調裝修技術士證照者優先考慮

Required Knowledge and Competencies: 

• Flexibility to adapt to a more diverse/wide range or maintenance/facilities repair tasks such as Carpentry / steel worker (welding/fabrication) / door repair / masonry (tiling, plastering) 能配合學習執行多元化設備維修事項包含木工/鐵工桿接/修繕門/泥水等工程
• Must be willing to work shifts and flexible schedule per the maintenance requirement 要能配合輪值班並配合工作彈性調整
• Problem-solving skill 問題解決的能力
• Capable Team member demonstrated by timely and effective communication 透過即時且有效的溝通展現出良好的團隊合作能力

Work schedule: For current school year: 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM, inclusive 1 hour lunch break
The technician will follow a rotational work schedule. The exact schedule will be provided and confirmed each school year.
