Food Handler - Dishwasher 餐廳部員工 (Part-Time)
Job Summary:
Wash cafeteria trays, utensils, etc. Ensure that all washed items meet our sanitary standards and are sufficient to always meet our operational needs.
負責清洗餐廳托盤、餐具及其他餐飲設備，確保所有清潔後的用品符合食品衛生與安全標準，並維持足夠庫存，以支援餐飲服務之正常營運。
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete kitchen work as per the instructions of our chefs and FSD management依餐廳部主管指示完成廚房相關工作。
- Ensure all utensils and trays are thoroughly cleaned each day. 確保餐具及托盤每日清潔。
- Maintain dishwashing machine; ensure dishwashing machine area is kept clean. 維護洗碗機設備，並保持洗碗機作業區域整潔。
- Rotate utility cart cleaning duties輪流負責工作推車之清潔工作。
- Assist with daily closing and cleaning duties in the snack bar. 協助小吃部每日打烊及清潔整理工作。
- Help wherever needed視營運需求提供其他支援與協助。
Qualifications:
- High School graduate 高中畢業
- At least one year of restaurant experience至少一年相關餐飲工作經驗
- Native Mandarin speaker of Mandarin. Fluency in Taiwanese a plus流利國語溝通能力；如能流利使用台語者尤佳
- Knowledge and concept of sanitation具備餐飲衛生之相關知識
- Able to stand for long periods of time具備長時間站立作業的能力
- Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work 工作認真、配合度高並能有效率的完成指派之任務
- Attention to detail, especially food quality and sanitation 能謹慎小心以確保食物之品質及衛生
10-month position every school year
Work schedule:
10:45AM to 17:15PM, inclusive 0.5 hour lunch break
